The act of completed work must clearly indicate all the data by which it is easy to identify by whom, when, for whom and on what basis the work was performed. That is, the document must be assigned a number. Also, the act must contain a reference to the main contract.

The number of copies of the certificate of completion is determined by the number of parties to the main contract. Each party must have its own copy.
