HR administration has its own strict rules, non-observance of which is fraught with sanctions for the employer from the regulatory authorities. Formally, the employee's application for a transfer should serve as the basis for the corresponding order, and that one - for entry in the work book. The employee himself is interested in such records: if they do not confirm the positions indicated by him in the resume, it may be difficult to find a new job. After all, there is reason to decide that a person has simply embellished his experience in order to present himself in a more favorable light.
Step 2
In practice, meaningful career changes, especially if they involve a promotion or the opportunity to do more interesting tasks, are preceded by a verbal agreement with superiors.
In some companies, personnel formalities are neglected, especially in small businesses. And in some, they may simply not know how to do everything correctly. Small business is small because it cannot afford the maintenance of a huge staff of lawyers, accountants, HR specialists. Yes, and large enterprises have their own nuances.

Any statement starts with a “cap”. The first two lines usually reflect in whose name the statement is being written.
The decision to transfer an employee is taken by the head of the company, which means that we turn to him.
In the first line we write the position (director, CEO, president, etc.), in the second - the surname and initials, and now two lines for yourself, your beloved: one for the position, the second for the surname and initials.
And under all this, with a small letter in the center of the page, we place the word "statement".
Step 4
Now let's move on to the substantive part. We write from a new line: "Please translate me …"
If the transfer is carried out within one structural unit of the company, it is enough to indicate the new position. For example: “… to the position of senior sales manager.” If we are transferred from one department to another, we indicate both the department where we will now work (department, branch, etc.), and the position that we will take there. Well, let's say: "Forgive me to transfer me to the representative office in the Ryazan region as a regional representative."
Step 5
That's all. Do not forget to put the date at the bottom.
If the application was written by hand, we put the signature. If on a computer, we output it to a printer, sign it and refer it to the personnel department (or another department that is entrusted with its functions) or the reception - depending on how it is customary in a particular company.
