It is necessary
Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of April 26, 2011 No. 342n
Instructions
Step 1
Become familiar with the concept of "workplace certification". At its core, this event is a comprehensive assessment of the operating conditions at specific workplaces. The purpose of the certification is to identify hazardous and harmful production factors, as well as to develop measures to bring working conditions in line with the requirements of the standards.
Step 2
Understand the additional objectives of workplace certification. During this event, a list of employees is usually prepared who must undergo regular medical examinations. If the work is carried out in hazardous conditions, proposals are made to provide workplaces with personal protective equipment. To protect workers in cases of injury to them, the certification regulation provides for a system of discounts or, conversely, premiums to insurance rates.
Step 3
Determine the timing of the certification activities. According to the current situation, any workplace must be certified once every five years. The date of the commencement of events is the day of the publication at the enterprise of the order on the approval of the nominal composition of the attestation commission. Keep in mind that when organizing new workplaces, changing technological processes or with a significant change in functional duties, it is possible to conduct an unscheduled certification.
Step 4
Make a list of persons who will be included in the attestation commission, and prepare a corresponding draft order. The composition of the commission should include heads of departments of the enterprise, personnel service workers, medical workers, representatives of trade unions. An appendix to the order for the enterprise should be a schedule of certification activities.
Step 5
Organize the commission's implementation of planned activities as part of the certification. The members of the commission consistently assess the working conditions at each workplace, the compliance of the working conditions with hygiene standards, the risk of injury, the availability and serviceability of personal protective equipment.
Step 6
Based on the certification results, perform a comprehensive and complete assessment of working conditions. The result of such work is an order for the completion of certification, to which a summary sheet is attached. If necessary, an explanatory note is drawn up with proposals based on the results of the certification activities. The list of certified workplaces is sent to the labor inspectorate.
