Step 1
Don't be late for your interview. It is better to arrive early and wait for your appointed time. Punctual people are more valuable to any organization.

Don't be too cheeky or squeezed. Find a balance between these types of behavior. A person who talks incessantly on abstract topics, as well as a squeezed interlocutor, causes a negative reaction from employers. The first one most often seems superficial and ignorant, the second one - weak and insecure. Employers try to avoid both types of behavior.

Almost all the information you provide to the interviewer can be verified. Therefore, do not try to exaggerate your knowledge, skills or achievements. Don't talk about your punctuality if you were always late at your previous job. There is no need to invent qualities that you do not possess. After all, the truth will emerge on the very first working day. For example, if you report your excellent computer skills, then be prepared to prove it. And if in reality you only learned to turn it on, the lie will be revealed very quickly. And you may not even pass the probationary period.
Step 4
If you have bad habits, try not to show them in the interview. In reality, many people gnaw their hands, pull their hair, jerk their legs. And more often than not, such behavior is treated condescendingly. But not at the first meeting with the employer. You must behave perfectly on it.
Step 5
Sit quietly. Do not fidget, do not touch objects on the table, do not gesticulate. This may be very displeasing to the interviewer, who is more likely to give preference to a job seeker who does not cause negative emotions.
Step 6
Don't try to sound arrogant, too busy, or overly businesslike. You shouldn't come to a meeting with a pile of papers or a laptop (unless you need it to showcase your work). If a person is too entertained, the interview ends very quickly, and, of course, a positive decision on his candidacy will never be made.
Step 7
Often interviewers try to get the job seeker to be frank. They behave very simply, pay compliments and show their location with all their appearance. But you shouldn't fall for such a bait, it's just a psychological trick. It is aimed at making a person tell everything about himself, even the most intimate. Therefore, no matter how attractive the interlocutor is to you, remember that he is an outsider for you, who should not be trusted with your secrets.
