Instructions
Step 1
The head of the organization issues an order to rename the position. The wording of the order may sound like this: “From August 1, 2014, make the following change in staffing - replace the position of“head of the supply department”in the supply department with the position of“supply manager”.
Step 2
On the basis of the order, changes are made to the staffing table. For example, change the position "head of the supply department" to "supply manager".
Step 3
Based on the changed staffing table, the employer must conclude with the employee an additional agreement to the employment contract in writing in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. It is necessary to bring to the attention of the employee how his position will now be called. You should also inform him that the functions performed and the salary originally enshrined in the employment contract remain the same, the procedure entails only a change in the title of the position.
Step 4
Also, on the basis of the order, changes are made to the employee's personal card of the unified form T-2 in section No. 3 "Hiring, transfer to other jobs."
Step 5
Making an entry in the work book about the renaming of the position. How to properly arrange a record? For example, starting from August 1, 2014, the position of “head of the procurement department” will be renamed to “procurement manager”. The following entries are made in the work book: in the "entry number" column, put the corresponding serial number; in the column "Date" put down the number - 01, month - 08, year -2014; in the column “Information on hiring, transfer, qualifications, dismissal (indicating the reasons and a link to the article, clause of the law), make an entry:“The position “Head of the supply department” has been renamed to “Supply manager”. Finally, in the column "Name, date and number of the document on the basis of which the entry was made," enter the date and number of the order to transfer the employee to another position, for example, "Order No. 175 dated July 31, 2014".
