Instructions

Step 1

You must know very well all the processes, nuances and technology of the work that is entrusted to your team. Only in this way will you be able to adequately assess the work assignments issued and executed by your subordinates, plan the deadlines and volumes of work performed, control the performers and fairly reward or punish them.

Step 2

Study psychology and determine which psychotype each person in your team belongs to. This knowledge will help you in the formation of working groups of people of different nature, whose work efficiency will be as high as possible. You must clearly know the capabilities of each in order to entrust him with exactly the work with which he will be able to cope, even if he has to engage in self-education and expand his range of professional skills.

Step 3

If you are a good leader, then you must organize the work of your team in the most optimal way and understand that only you are fully responsible for it. If the task entrusted to the team has failed, then never shift the blame for this onto subordinates, take it upon yourself. Then, already in your team, you have the right to punish those who did not cope with the work and let their colleagues and you down.

Step 4

Make it a rule to encourage and reward conscientious workers publicly, publicly. Scolding and reprimanding is better in private. And never raise your voice and do not go into uncontrollable emotions - this will only be a reason for ridicule of you.

Step 5

The moral climate in the team also depends on you, therefore, never encourage gossip, intrigue, denunciations and sycophancy. There should not be any favorites or favorites in the team. If your goal is effective work, then the only criterion for your disposition towards your subordinates should be creative, competent and timely execution of work assignments by them.

Step 6

By following all these rules, even if you are strict and tough, you will be a good leader for your employees, even if they sometimes scold you among themselves.
