Withdrawal of funds from the company's current account is made using a checkbook. Any banking transactions with money, including cashing out, are strictly regulated and require identification of the persons involved. Therefore, the checkbook should be filled out with the utmost care and scrupulousness. Blots, errors and corrections in the check are unacceptable and mean damage to the document.

Instructions

Step 1

Each check contains fields for the recipient to fill in in writing. Handwriting and ink color on one check must be the same color. The first field to be filled in is the "Issuer" located at the very top of the check. It allows a short name of the organization (individual entrepreneur or LLC).

Step 2

The amount in the next field "ON _ R. _ K." filled with numbers. If there is an empty space after the numbers, it should be crossed out with two parallel lines to the full length.

Step 3

The fields "Place of issue", "Date", "Month in words" are filled in accordingly, for example: " Kaluga "31" July 2009 ".

Step 4

In the field "PAY", the surname, first name and patronymic of the employee to whom the check is issued are indicated in the dative case. The empty space left after the text is also crossed out with two parallel lines to the end of the field.

Step 5

In the field "AMOUNT IN WRITING", the check amount is written with a capital letter. Indents from the beginning of the field are not allowed. The entry of the amount ends with the word "rubles" or "kopecks". The remaining empty space is again crossed out with two lines.

Step 6

In the field "SIGNATURES" the signatures of the authorized persons of the organization are put down. The first signature usually belongs to the director, the second to the chief accountant. If the second signature is not provided in the sample signature card, then only the director puts the signature.

Step 7

In a specially designated place of the seal of the drawer, the organization's stamp is put. In this case, the seal should not go beyond the boundaries of the intended place.

Step 8

On the reverse side of the check in the "Purpose of Expenditure" table, directions of spending are indicated with the corresponding amounts for each item. The last line of the table also contains the first and (if available) the second signatures of the organization's officials.

Step 9

Below the table "Purpose of expenditure" in the field "The amount specified in this check received" shall be signed by the person receiving the funds.

Step 10

Next, the field "Recipient's identification marks" is filled in, where the passport data of the employee who receives the funds by check is entered.

Other fields of the check are filled in by the bank employees.
