It is customary to be friends with neighbors, because they, like relatives, are not chosen. Sometimes, they can behave incorrectly, for example, disturb the peace of others. And if the case is an isolated one, you can still treat this with understanding. But what if this happens systematically?
At the heart of the law
First of all, ask the other neighbors if a rowdy interferes with them. If so, feel free to write a collective complaint to the name of the district police officer. First, you need to study the legislation, because the appeal must be justified in terms of legal norms. After that, you should decide what results you want to achieve with this letter: maybe you just want to warn your neighbor, in extreme cases - to evict.
Living in the era of information technology, do not be lazy to arrange everything on a computer. Neighbors who have joined the complaint must confirm its content with their own hand, that is, sign under the main text. Such a collective letter is an official document, therefore, its design must be correct.
Making a complaint about neighbors
When working on a complaint, comply with all the necessary requirements for its registration. In the upper right corner of the document, indicate to whom it is being sent, indicating first the position, after - the last name, first name and patronymic. Here, write from whom the complaint comes from, if it is a collective one, you need to indicate "from the residents of the house … to the address …". Finally, do not forget to include the names of all tenants who have joined. Opposite the surname must be an individual signature of a particular tenant.
After you have completed the design, write "application" in the center of the sheet. Next, proceed with the essence of the complaint. You need to briefly indicate the claims that are presented to the offending neighbor, the facts with the date of the incidents, as well as the names and addresses of those to whom your claims are directed. If you have repeatedly tried to solve the problem on your own, conducting conversations with a neighbor or expressing complaints to him, also indicate this. Naturally, if your conversations with the rowdy have not brought results. In case you were forced to seek help from the police on duty, you should also mention this in the document.
The conclusion of the collective complaint should look like this: "I ask you to hold a conversation with neighbors who disturb the peace of the residents of the house, to warn them about the responsibility that the law prescribes."
After all, you need to indicate the date of writing the application, your last name, first name and patronymic. Do not forget to leave your signature. If the complaint comes from the team, immediately indicate the list of tenants who joined it, indicating their places of residence (apartment numbers).
Having received the complaint, the district police officer must conduct a conversation with the unfortunate neighbor. If conversations do not help, deal with this case will be different - from the point of view of the law on administrative offenses.
