If you are the head of an LLC, find out in what form the types of activities of the enterprise are indicated in the constituent documents - whether there are OKVED transfers or their generalized description is given.

Step 2

If the constituent documents of the LLC do not indicate the specific OKVED of the enterprise, there is no need to amend the constituent documents, pay the state. duty too. Download form R14001 ("Application for making changes to the information about a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, not related to making changes to constituent documents") and fill out sheets 1, 2, H and all sheets with the letter T. On sheet H, indicate only those OKVED that are going to add, the current ones do not need to be listed. If some activities need to be excluded, also fill out sheet O.

Step 3

If specific OKVED of the enterprise are indicated in the constituent documents, it is necessary to amend the constituent documents. Hold a general meeting of the founders and approve the new version of the charter. Download form R13001 ("Application for state registration of changes to the constituent documents of a legal entity") and fill out sheets 1, 2, G and all sheets with the letter H. On sheet G, indicate only those OKVED that you are going to add, you do not need to list the current ones … If some activities need to be excluded, also fill out sheet Z.

Step 4

Pay for the state. duty (in case the constituent documents were changed). Submit an application with a signature certified by a notary to the tax authority within three days after the changes occurred or after the approval of the new charter at the general meeting of the founders of the organization.
