Step 2

Execute and sign by the head of the company an order for the enterprise approving the Regulations on the traveling nature of work. In this order, you must justify the reasons for changes in the organizational working conditions. Draw up and approve changes to the Regulations on Remuneration for the introduction of an additional payment to wages for traveling nature of work, where indicate the amount of the additional payment as a percentage of the salary.

Step 3

Draw up written notifications of workers whose occupations are included in the list of traveling jobs. In accordance with article 74 of the Labor Code, employees must be notified of organizational changes in working conditions no later than two months in advance. Have employees express their consent or disagreement in writing, sign and number them. Familiarize them with the new local regulations of your enterprise.
