Many people want to improve their apartment or house in some way. Redevelopment is one possible solution. Such work is an interference with the structure of the house, therefore, it must be properly framed. What is needed for this?

Step 1
Find a design agency that suits your needs. At the same time, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the work already completed and the reviews of the clients of this company.
Step 2
Explain to the agency employee in general terms what exactly you want your home to look like after redevelopment. At the same time, it is good to have with you some magazine clippings, photos you like, catalogs, etc.
Step 3
Based on the apartment plan obtained at the BTI, draw up an approximate sketch of the transfer of openings, plumbing, adding or removing wall partitions.
Step 4
Create a working draft that includes:
- plans of individual rooms of the apartment;
- plans of the wall sweep (the materials that are planned to be used are indicated);
- plans of ceilings to be reconstructed;
- floor plans (also with indication of materials);
- a plan for the placement of electrical wiring.
Step 5
If during the alteration of the apartment it is assumed that there are any non-standard interior elements, entrust the designer with the execution of the drawings of these products.
Step 6
Contact the design organization with a package of these documents for an examination. Experts should assess the possibility of redevelopment of the premises, in accordance with the project.
Step 7
After you agree on the redevelopment with the design organization and receive a positive expert opinion, contact the BTI to amend the current technical passport of the dwelling.
Step 8
Hire workers for construction work (usually, design agencies provide such services themselves or, in the absence of such, give the contact numbers of the teams).
Step 9
Execute with the designer who worked on your project, a contract of architectural supervision over compliance with the execution of work on the project. Upon completion of all work, make the acceptance of the object and, if there are no deficiencies, pay off the project participants.
