Recently, the State Duma has been constantly amending the existing labor legislation. And even experienced staff clerks or accountants sometimes get lost when applying for a pension under the new laws. Of course, you can shift the entire burden of registering a pension onto the shoulders of the employee himself (especially since this is not prohibited by law). But it's better to let the specialists do it.

Instructions

Step 1

Please note: the accrual of any pension (labor, seniority, old age, etc.) begins from the day the application is submitted (ideally, from the date of birth, from which the employee becomes entitled to a pension). Such a statement can be drawn up by the future pensioner himself, but it will be better and faster if a representative of the personnel department or accounting department does it. You can submit an application well in advance, but not earlier than 30 days before your birthday.

Step 2

Contact the PFR branch (at the place of registration of the retiring employee) and submit the documents:

- original and certified copy of the passport;

- the original work record book (if necessary, a certified copy of its last sheet containing a record of employment at your institution);

- a copy and original of a military ID (if the future pensioner served in the army);

- originals and certified copies of birth certificates of children (if they are dependent on this person);

- certified copies of passports of other dependents;

- originals of documents confirming the right to benefits;

- SNILS;

- originals and certified copies of diplomas (necessary if studies were not carried out in parallel with work).

All documents are submitted together with an application, the form of which you can get from an employee of the FIU. In the application, indicate all individual information about the pensioner and sign.

Step 3

If there are no records on the change of surname in the work book on the first page (upon marriage or divorce), then you will have to make a request to the archive of the registry office of your area, and, if necessary, other settlements and regions.

Step 4

Submit, together with an employee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, a request for a pension file to the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund for your region to obtain information on all pension contributions for the entire period of work of the future pensioner. Based on these data, the future pension will be calculated (taking into account the base, insurance, funded parts).

Step 5

On the day of submission of the application, make a corresponding entry in the work book, put the date and sign it with the signature of the head of the personnel department (chief accountant or head of the organization, if you do not have a personnel department).
