An order is a legal act that is drawn up by the head of the organization or another responsible person, for example, the head of a department. Core business orders govern virtually all campaign-related operations. These documents have the value of informing employees about the change or decision of the management. Instructions

Step 1

Orders for the main activities of the organization must necessarily contain a heading, namely the purpose of the order, for example: "Order on granting leave to an employee" or "Order on payment of maternity benefits". The heading is centered and is not enclosed in quotes.

Step 2

Next, you need to write the basis of this document. Start it with the words: "In accordance with …", "In accordance with …", "In order to …" and others. An example of writing the basis: "According to Article 138 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, information is a commercial secret …". A reference to the document-basis must also be indicated, for example, Art. 139 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 6, 1997 N 188 "On approval of the list of confidential information".

Step 3

After that comes the word "I order", it can be included in the text, for example: "In accordance with Article 139 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, I order …". You can also write a word on a new line, but the letters must be all capitalized.

Step 4

This is followed by the administrative part, which contains information about specific actions, the system of subsequent control of these actions and the timing of the implementation of this regulatory document. You should also list the assigned executors, these can be both departments and responsible persons. At the end of the order, you can write a clause on the consent of the executors. This requires their signature.

Step 5

In the case of a large amount of information, you can draw up an appendix to the order for the main activity. These can be diagrams, schedules, staffing tables and other documents. In the upper right corner it should be written: "Appendix No. … to the order … from (date of the order)." In the order itself, you can also refer to applications, for example: "Approve the procedure for writing off fixed assets (Appendix No. 1)".
