If you refuse to accept the claim and the goods, send the documents to the seller's address by mail. Requests for product replacement or refund must be satisfied within 10 days. If you have returned a technically complex product, then in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", an examination is assigned to this product. A period of up to 45 days is allotted for it. If the seller refuses to check, do it yourself. The money spent on it must be reimbursed by the store where the product was purchased. To do this, it is enough to submit a check for the payment of the examination.

If after that the seller categorically refuses to return your money or replace the product, go to court. Draw up a statement of claim, to which attach all the documentation for the product, including a receipt for the payment of the examination (when conducting a self-examination).
