Step 1

Claims related to product defects are made during the warranty period. If the warranty period is not specified, the claims can be submitted within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 years from the moment the goods were handed over.

Step 2

Draw up an act describing the identified defects in the goods and the opinion of the commission on the reasons for the defects (manufacturing defects, violation of the rules of transportation, packaging). To draw up a complaint report, it is necessary to call the supplier's representative (it is reasonable to do this not by phone, but by sending a telegraph message with a notification). When drawing up an act, you need to be guided by a unified duplicate with the mark "return of goods", pass it to the seller.

Step 3

Notify the supplier of a defective product, demand elimination of defects or replacement. In case of refusal, send a claim indicating refusal to accept the goods, refund.

Step 4

If the supplier does not voluntarily fulfill the obligation to return the prepayment, replace the defective product, does not agree that the product is defective, you will have to go to the arbitration court to resolve the dispute.
