You can almost always return an item purchased there to the store, except for the case when you intend to return a technically complex product that is in good condition. Without objection, the seller must return your money if the product turns out to be defective. A refund of the paid amount is carried out by the seller on the basis of your application.

Instructions

Step 1

You can write an application for the return of a low-quality product in advance, before arriving at the store. It is written in any form on an ordinary sheet of paper - in a standard letter or torn from a notebook.

Step 2

The address part of the application is located in the upper right corner of the sheet. Write the title of the manager and the name of the organization from which you purchased the product. All the necessary data is on the receipt or in the purchase agreement. Enter the address of the store where the item was purchased. Then write the application from: your surname, initials, residence address, passport details and contact phone number.

Step 3

Write in the middle of the sheet the word "Application" and state your request for the return of defective goods. Write the text of the statement, departing 2 cm from the left edge and 1 cm from its right edge of the sheet.

Step 4

First, state the circumstances of the purchase. Indicate the date and give a detailed description of the product: its name, brand, article, cost. Refer to a document that can serve as confirmation of the fact of purchase: a check, a sales contract.

Step 5

To give more weight to your words, mention v. 4 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", which states that the seller is obliged to transfer only good quality goods to buyers, and say that this requirement of the law has been violated. List the identified shortcomings of the purchased product. If you applied to a technical examination or warranty workshop, attach documents confirming the malfunction or the need to replace parts and assemblies.

Step 6

Please inform that due to the identified faults, you terminate the sales contract and ask for a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Indicate how you want to receive money: in cash at the cash desk of the store, by postal order at the specified address or to your bank account. In the latter case, do not forget to indicate the bank details required for the prompt and correct transfer of funds.

Step 7

Sign at the end of the application, give a transcript of your signature and indicate the date of the application. You must receive cash at the cash desk of the store no later than 3 days from this date.
