- the judgment is announced in the courtroom;
- transferring a copy of the decision to the parties and providing access to the materials;
- free access to published court decisions on the Internet;
- promulgation of the texts of court decisions in the media.
Step 2
To obtain a court order, you must apply to the judicial apparatus, in which you indicate the justified reasons for issuing the decision to you, based on the attitude of the decision to your rights, freedoms or interests. They can refuse you - if you are legally incompetent or do not have the appropriate powers, the materials were transferred to the archive or another court, the court order does not apply directly to you. When applying, you must prove your identity with a passport or other documents that prove it.
Step 3
There is a single register of all court decisions and additions to them on the Internet. It contains and stores decisions of any courts of general jurisdiction, they are open and free, and can be viewed, copied and printed in whole or in part. Decisions of closed courts are not published in the register, and a corresponding resolution is adopted.
Step 4
All information that is posted on the Internet is carefully protected from encroachments on privacy, all data that allow a person to be identified are hidden. The designations are carried out using numbers or letters, information about the judges who held the meeting, other officials who performed their duties at the time of the decision is also hidden for viewing. Although there are also paid Internet portals, which provide complete information about the court order.
Step 5
In print media, court decisions are published in full, in absolute accordance with the original decision, after full reconciliation and certification by the court administration. To prevent falsification of court decisions in legal proceedings, only the text of the officially published decision or the text that is entered in the register is used.
