The minutes of the court session is the main procedural document containing all information about what happened during the session, which parties and in what order were heard, what evidence was presented in the case. The protocol is the basis for the court's decision on the case.
Instructions
Step 1
Indicate the date and time of the hearing on the case (year, day and month, start time and end time). Indicate the full name of the court in which the case is being considered, the composition of the court (full name) and the full name of the secretary keeping the minutes. Indicate the full name of the case that was considered at the hearing.
Step 2
Provide information on the attendance of persons - participants in this process, witnesses, translators, experts. Record the details of how and in what order the persons involved in the process were explained their rights and obligations.
Step 3
Record all orders from the president of the court and all decisions made by the court in the courtroom. Record in the minutes all statements of the persons involved in the case and / or their official representatives.
Step 4
Carefully record in the protocol all the explanations of the persons who took part in the case, the testimony of witnesses, information about the examination of material and other evidence, the conclusions of the experts in the case.
Step 5
Please provide information about the opinion of the prosecutor and representatives of other state bodies and public organizations. Record the content of the pleadings on the record.
Step 6
Record in the minutes information about the announcement of the rulings and the decision made in the case. Record the information on the explanation by the presiding judge of the content of the rulings in the case and the decision taken.
Step 7
Please note: the protocol must be kept in writing during the court session. In this case, you can use stenography, audio and video recording. The use of other means for recording the course of the court session must be indicated in the minutes.
Step 8
The protocol is drawn up and signed no later than three days after the end of the court session.
