When you work, even if you are a manager, you have a boss. Since you spend a lot of time at work, this is a person with whom you unwillingly often meet, and on whom a lot depends, in particular, your salary. Social polls show that only 1% and 4% of respondents have extreme feelings for their bosses - love and hate. 31% of working Russians are indifferent to their bosses, 13% sympathize with them, and 40% respect them. Which category should you fall into?

Instructions

Step 1

Proceeding from the fact that bosses and managers are a given, practically nothing depends on employees, as on people of subordinates and standing on the hierarchical ladder. The times when managers were chosen by a collective of enterprises have quickly passed. This form of choice of managers has shown its complete economic failure. Therefore, since you cannot choose your boss, you must accept it as it is given to you.

Step 2

It's great if you respect or at least have sympathy for your boss. It will be pleasant for you to work with such a person, as a rule, you can find a common language with him, he is adequate, carrying out leadership, takes responsibility. Such bosses largely determine the psychological climate in the team and become role models for those who strive to make their careers.

Step 3

Indifference is also a great kind of relationship. You come to work in order to sell your labor, intelligence, skills, knowledge and experience. You shouldn't care which person buys them from you. Your task is to present a quality product for the offered monetary equivalent. If the size does not suit you, there is no point in hating your boss, the only way out is to look for a job where your skills will be assessed as you deserve it.

Step 4

If you don't like your boss as a person, then minimize possible contact with him. To do this, you just need to do your job in good faith and observe labor discipline. You should not spoil your nerves by scolding him in the smoking room or making caustic remarks behind his back. If you are satisfied with the workplace under his leadership, the team and the salary, just fulfill your job responsibilities. The boss-subordinate relationship is formal enough to at least maintain neutrality without any effort.
