Step 1

Step 2
After the name of the document, the student expresses his request for acceptance by the student, indicates the period of the internship. He affixes his signature and the date of its writing on the application.

Conclude a fixed-term employment contract with the citizen, in which you write down the term of its validity. Write TIN, KPP, the name of the enterprise in accordance with the constituent documents, the address of the location of the organization, the contact phone number. On the one hand, as an employer, the contract is signed by the head of the company indicating the position held, surname, first name and patronymic, on the other, as an employee - a student who is hired by a student. The contract is assigned a number and date of conclusion. Assure him with the seal of the company.

The director of the organization issues an order for employment in the T-1 form. The name of the company, personnel number and date are written in the head of the document. Moreover, the date of admission and the date of dismissal are set, which correspond to the dates prescribed in the fixed-term employment contract. The order is signed by the head of the enterprise, certified by the seal of the company. Familiarize the student with the administrative document against signature no later than three days after the conclusion of the contract.

By mutual agreement of the employee and the employer, a fixed-term employment contract can be extended for an indefinite period by printing an additional agreement to it, certifying it with a seal and signing it on both sides.
