Step 1

To draw up a vacation schedule, it is necessary to interview employees about their wishes by the time they go on vacation. This is usually done by the heads of structural divisions. It is also necessary to draw up a list of personnel who, according to article 123 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, are granted vacation in the summer or at a convenient time for them. Next, the data must be transferred to the unified form T-7.

Step 2

It is necessary to agree on a vacation schedule with the head of the structural unit for his agreement with the dates of employees leaving on vacation, as well as to avoid interruption of the production process due to untimely departure of the employee. It is also necessary to make sure of the duration of employee vacations, because many categories of employees are entitled to a period of more than 28 calendar days, according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 3

It is also necessary to collect the signatures of the heads of all structural divisions on the vacation schedule. Next, you need to approve the vacation schedule with the director of the enterprise. An order is approved with an attached vacation schedule. This procedure may differ slightly at different enterprises, since this procedure is regulated by the internal acts of the enterprise.

Step 4

Not later than 15 days before the onset of the vacation, the employee must be notified and invited to the HR department to draw up an application for vacation or to transfer vacation at the request of the employee or production need. According to article 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, vacation can also be divided into parts, but one of its parts must be at least 14 days. Cancellation from vacation is allowed only with the consent of the employee. There are also categories of employees whose recall from vacation is not allowed (article 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). The unused part of the vacation (if any) is provided to the employee at any time convenient for him during the year, or it can be added to the next vacation next year.
