Step 1
Begin to draw up a schedule much earlier than the period specified in the labor legislation, since two weeks before the new year everything should already be ready, entered in the unified form T-7 and reserved with the manager. If the inspection of the State Labor Inspectorate discovers that the deadlines for scheduling are missed, you will receive an administrative fine.
Step 2
If you have a large business, make a separate schedule for different business units. When scheduling the period of the next vacation, you must take into account the wishes of employees, the need for work, the presence of harmful working conditions and other parameters of the characteristics of the enterprise. The schedule should be drawn up taking into account the fact that the bulk of the staff expresses a desire to go on vacation in the summer, but at the same time you are obliged to distribute the vacation to all employees rationally so that in the summer period your company is not empty and does not suffer losses from a lack of personnel.
Step 3
You must also take into account that the vacation schedule is the calculation of the working period not for a calendar year, but for a working period, therefore, you can grant a new employee a vacation and include this period in the schedule only after 6 months. You have the right to grant the second and subsequent leave at any time, but not earlier than the beginning of the working year. The beginning of the working year is the first day of work after the end of the New Year holidays (Article 121 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
Step 4
The primary or independent trade union organization can participate in the scheduling and make its own adjustments taking into account the wishes of the employees.
Step 5
Familiarize all employees with the drawn up schedule against receipt. Present the document to the head of the enterprise. Get the number, signature and resolution "Approved" under the graph.
Step 6
You can make amendments and adjustments to the approved schedule at any time, taking into account the situation and changed conditions. Make all changes in the appropriate columns of the T-7 form, and each time present the document for review and signature to the head of the enterprise.
