Step 1
When transferring an employee to another position for the performance of duties, it is necessary to obtain his written consent. The employer draws up an order indicating the name of the acting person, position, as well as the name of the position in which the employee will perform duties, the date of transfer and its term.

In cases where the salary for the position to which the temporary transfer was made is higher, then an additional payment is provided in the form of the difference between the previous salary and the payment for the assigned position.
