Most orders for personnel are drawn up on standardized forms. For example, when applying for a job, a T-1 form is used, when transferring - T-5, when sending workers on a business trip - T-9…. If the required form is not among the unified forms (for example, for an order to upgrade the qualification category), the company is allowed to develop its own form.
