The last privatization option can be provided only on a paid basis. A difficult process needs to start with collecting the necessary documents. So, for privatization, you will need: - copies of birth certificates of all minors who are registered in the apartment, - copies of the passports of all adult residents registered in the apartment, - if tenants who died by the time of privatization were previously registered in the apartment, then you will need copies certificates of their death - if you are a military officer or a reserve officer, you need to provide a copy of the officer's identity card or a certificate from the military registration and enlistment office, - if one of the tenants registered in the apartment changed their first name, last name or patronymic, you need to provide a supporting document, - all tenants registered in the apartment need to take a certificate stating that they did not take part in the privatization, - from the documents that confirm your right to privatize a particular apartment, you will need: a social employment order, a residential passport, an exchange order, an extract from orders, - also provide copies of receipts that confirm the fact payment of utilities - in addition, you will need an extract from the home book. Such a certificate is valid for twenty days - if one of the registered tenants changed their place of residence from June 1991 to the present, then it is necessary to provide certificates from all past places of residence. Then go to the BTI, where you will need to take the floor plan of your house and explication. After the end of privatization, the apartment in which you previously lived under a social tenancy agreement will now be your property. You will have the opportunity to sell, donate or bequeath an apartment.
