In the event that, on the basis of agreements on shared participation in construction, the developer plans to attract funds from citizens, these agreements, concluded in writing, must undergo state registration with the Rosreestr authorities. Failure to register is considered an administrative offense.

Step 5

When the house is actually built, the developer must obtain permission to put it into use. It is issued by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
