However, given the speed and sometimes the complexity of collecting all the papers, a seemingly simple operation turns into a long process. And the first question that arises for those who want to privatize housing is what documents are needed and where to get them.
Required documents
So, the first thing you need to find in your securities is an order.
The second document is a technical passport for housing with an explication from the BTI. This document contains a diagram of an apartment (room), its footage and technical condition, for example, floor or ceiling covering. This document also contains the estimated cost of housing.
A cadastral passport should be distinguished from a technical passport. It includes the following information: cadastral number, floor, address and purpose of the premises.
The third item is a certificate of privatization. More precisely - about the absence of such. She confirms that the premises were not privatized, and the persons applying for it had not previously participated in privatization. This certificate is made for everyone involved in the process. When ordering it, you should take care of copies of all passports in advance and take into account that you will have to pay a state fee.
The fourth is a social employment contract. He confirms your relationship with the owner of the dwelling, that it was provided to you.
Fifth - a certificate from the settlement and passport center about the composition of the family and the area of the apartment. This certificate is the only one that has a limited validity period of 30 days. Therefore, it should be done last.
If before 1992 you lived in another place, you need certificates from all previous places of residence. And you will need to get them in those places where you lived - that is, in other areas, cities, etc.
Documents that you fill out
Another document is a refusal to participate in privatization. In case no one refuses, he is not needed; if one or several family members who have the right to privatization do not want to use it, they draw up a notarized refusal. You can do this directly when submitting documents, then you do not need to go to a notary.
And the last thing that you fill out on your own is the application for privatization with two copies. It specifies passport data and shares of privatizers.
