If you find that your copy of the agreement has been lost, then contact the organization that registered it, or a notary. As soon as possible, you will receive a certified duplicate of the lost contract.
Instructions
Step 1
Apply to the court with a statement to suspend all cases conducted on your behalf, if you suspect that other persons may have used your copy of the agreement for their own ends.
Step 2
If you yourself are not able at the moment to deal with the restoration of the lost contract, contact a notary and issue a power of attorney in the name of the person to whom you can entrust this matter. In the power of attorney, be sure to specify the terms for fulfilling the obligations and the powers of the authorized person.
Step 3
If you executed the contract with a notary, contact him in order for him to certify a copy of his copy of this document. If the notary who kept the copy of the agreement resigned, send a request to the regional Notary Chamber and find out to whom his archive was transferred. You can find out the address of the Notary Chamber of your city or region by going to the website www.notary.ru. This site also contains information (addresses, phone numbers) about all licensed notaries in the Russian Federation.
Step 4
If you have registered an apartment purchase and sale agreement, a donation agreement, etc. to the UFRS, write a corresponding request to this organization, indicating the reason for the appeal and attaching a receipt for payment of the state duty to it. Within a month from the date of your appeal, you should be issued a duplicate of the contract.
Step 5
If you have lost your social tenancy contract, contact the Department of Housing Policy (or another department in the City with a similar function) and file a request to reinstate the contract. Attach copies of the identity documents of all tenants with your request.
Step 6
If your copy of the employment contract disappears, contact the HR department of your organization and ask for a duplicate of the copy of the contract stored in your personal file. The duplicate must be certified by the head of the organization, as well as the head of the personnel department and the chief accountant.
