How do you position yourself here? What is your avatar status? An experienced personnel officer will already be able to determine the personal qualities of a person by these things. And if you write in the status: “Everyone in the bioreactor!” - it will tell about your aggression and your unfriendliness, and such people in a team, as a rule, do not get along, and hardly anyone wants to have such a colleague and subordinate.

Another example: you are applying for a fairly high position in the company, and you have solid photos and videos with cats on your page. Or just personal photos mixed with pop video clips. What does this tell the recruiter? That you are a rather frivolous person, and you cannot yet be entrusted with a high position. Here it is worth thinking about the content of the page or about whether you are really suitable for this work and whether it will not become a heavy burden for you, despite all the visible prospects.

Videos of disasters, accidents and other nightmares will tell you that you love to watch the suffering of other people. This means that in the team sympathy will not wait from you, and you may not behave very friendly. Such qualities of an employee are also assessed as negative.

Do you allow yourself sharply negative statements about famous people, politicians and the like? The employer may think that there are no authorities for you and you do not know how to maintain a chain of command, which means that you will not be a very obedient and disciplined employee.

But if the page contains information related to your profession, this is a sure sign that the recruiter will favorably consider your resume.

Here he will also want to find information about a hobby, family relationships and other information that characterizes you as a person. And the more complete this information is, the better.

Of course, everyone decides whether to turn his page into a kind of resume while waiting for a recruiter's visit or to remain himself. However, it is worth considering that when hiring or deciding to dismiss an employee, one of your higher comrades will certainly visit your page.
