According to the labor code, day off is another day of rest for overtime work or for work on weekends and holidays. The employer has the right to involve employees in work on weekends and holidays, as well as to work overtime in emergency and exceptional situations at the enterprise, even without the consent of these employees, but not more than 12 days off and holidays per year. Pregnant women, women with children under the age of 3, and citizens under the age of 18 must not be involved in overtime work. For work in excess of the established schedule, double pay is paid or an additional day off is provided.

To apply for time off, the employee must write a statement asking him to provide the time off. In the application, indicate for what period of the processed time this day off is provided, and on what day it will be used.
Step 2
The head of the department and the head of the organization must sign this statement.
Step 3
A human resources representative will reserve your application and prepare an order for an extra day of rest. You are introduced to the order against signature.
Step 4
In the time sheet, this day is marked as a day off.
Step 5
The procedure for attracting employees to work on weekends, non-working days and holidays should be reflected in the internal regulations of the enterprise and in the regulation on remuneration.
Step 6
Without proper formalization of time off for an unauthorized decision to rest on a certain day, time off cannot be provided, and this decision of the employee will be considered absenteeism. Therefore, the day off must always be properly formalized and coordinated with the head of the enterprise.
Step 7
For family reasons and other valid reasons for the written retention of wages, that is, at their own expense. This statement must also be signed by the head of the structural unit and the head of the enterprise. Sign the issued order on granting a day of rest without pay and only after that take advantage of this time off.
