Instructions

Step 1

To draw up documents for a private house, erected illegally on the received site, contact the BTI. Submit an application to call a technical specialist to carry out a list of necessary work, on the basis of which you will be issued a technical and cadastral passport, as well as a plan of the erected structure.

Step 2

In addition to the application, you are required to present your general civil passport, available documents for the land plot. This can be a lease, purchase and sale agreement, a certificate of inheritance, or a donation agreement. If you do not have any documents for the plot, then you will receive an extract of their household book at the local municipality, contact the Federal Office for the Unified Registration of Land, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosnedvizhimost), call the cadastre engineer and carry out the land surveying procedure to register the plot and issue a cadastral passport and plan. You will also need these documents to register property rights to a land plot, since the erected structure is located on the ground and the land plot is an integral part of the constructed house.

Step 3

If you have received a land plot for lease, you will receive a decree from the local municipality to transfer the plot to ownership. But at the same time, you should carry out land surveying as described above.

Step 4

A BTI technician will inspect all of your buildings. Based on the inspection, the necessary documents will be drawn up for you to register ownership rights Get extracts from the cadastral passport of the building and plot, a copy of the cadastral plan of the house and plot.

Step 5

Apply with the documents to the Federal Office of the State Registration Center. Write a statement, pay for the registration of your property rights. On the basis of the submitted documents and application, your rights will be registered (Article 122 of the Federal Law).
