Instructions
Step 1
Call a special land management organization. They carry out all the necessary work on the ground. This is the measurement of the land area, cartographic survey, the location of the border of the land plot. In some cases, it is necessary to make a written agreement on the establishment of boundaries between sites, with neighbors, if land surveying has not been done before.
Step 2
Simultaneously with the land work, call a technician from the bureau of technical inventory. He records all the changes in the layout of the house and outbuildings that have occurred since the last production of the technical passport, and prepares a new passport for the house and outbuildings. If no changes have taken place, you still need to make a new technical passport, because it has a shelf life of 5 years.
Step 3
When the surveyors have completed all the paperwork for the land plot, go to the federal center for state registration, cadastre and cartography, hand over the documents to the land plot, and they are assigned a cadastral number.
Step 4
Once done the ward register the title to the property. Before that, you need to pay a state fee. A separate receipt for registering a house and registering a land plot.
Step 5
You will be given a certificate of ownership of the house and a certificate of ownership of land.
