Step 1

If you need to get documents urgently, there is a fee for urgency. The technician will inspect the house and outbuildings. Based on the inspection, a new technical passport will be prepared for you. If there were any alterations or redevelopments in the buildings, then first you need to pay a fine for actions taken without obtaining permission.
Step 2
To register a land plot, you must have a cadastral passport with a cadastral number. If you have these documents, great. In their absence, you will have to hurry to get them. To obtain these documents, it is necessary to make technical documents for the land plot. Surveyors from a land management company will help you with this. Call specialists, they will measure the site, land surveying, mark the boundaries, make a topographic survey of the area. Based on the work performed, you will receive technical documents for the land plot.
Step 3
With the documents for the site, you must contact the center for registration of land plots, cadastre and cartography (Rosnedvizhimost). Your site will be assigned a cadastral number and given a cadastral passport.
Step 4
With all the documents, you can go to the state registration center for real estate objects. There you will be given a certificate of ownership of the house and land.
