Pay the employee's wages. Withhold all applicable taxes.
Step 2
The amount of alimony can be 25% of the salary, or a certain amount. This moment must be spelled out in the writ of execution or in the statement of the employee himself.
Step 3
Let's say the employee's salary is 10,000 rubles. According to the writ of execution, 25% is withheld from him, then the amount of alimony will be 2,175 rubles ((10,000 - 13%) * 25%).
