In the event of an accident, a motorist who has previously insured his vehicle is entitled to a certain amount from the insurance company, which is established by the contract. When the amount of payment does not suit you, you have the right to settle the insurance dispute. To do this, make a pre-trial claim and send it to CASCO.

Instructions
Step 1
Start filing your claim. In the upper right corner of the document, write the name of the CASCO company in accordance with the official documentation. Enter the personal data of the representative of the insurance company. As a rule, this is the director of the enterprise. You can take all the above data from the contract that you have concluded with CASCO.
Step 2
Write your last name, first name, patronymic using your passport. Indicate the full address of your registration, including postcode, contact phone number. Enter the series, insurance policy number.
Step 3
Describe in detail the circumstances of the accident. Indicate the date of the incident, place. Write the personal data of the person who is the second participant in the accident. If the latter admitted his guilt, write this fact. Indicate the directions where you and the person with whom the accident happened. Write down what damage you recorded during the inspection of the car. As a rule, this is done by a specialist from the insurance company, whom you should have called to the scene of the accident. When describing the circumstances of the insured event, do not write like this: "under unclear circumstances." Such a statement can serve as a clue to the insurance service in order not to fully compensate you for the damage caused.
Step 4
Describe your requirements for CASCO. If you do not agree with the amount that the insurance company is ready to pay you, indicate this fact. Enter the amount of compensation you would like to receive. Please note that when drawing up a claim, you must refer to the clauses of the contract with CASCO. This will give you a better legal chance of getting the amount you need.
Step 5
Sign the claim with the date it was filed and your last name. Attach a protocol on an administrative offense, an accident certificate, vehicle documentation and other documents. Come to the insurance company and register it with CASCO. Do not forget to indicate the approximate period for which you would like to settle the insurance dispute and receive the amount of compensation.
