If you do not have time in line at the migration department, but you need to leave the apartment, this is a step-by-step guide for you.
Personal account on State services
To complete the application, you need to log in to your personal account. To do this, in the upper right corner, click on the blue key icon, and the site will give you a form for entering your login and password. If you use the State Services mobile application, the form will appear automatically when you open it.
If you don't have an account, register, it's free, it takes a few minutes, and you only need a passport, SNILS and TIN. With the help of the portal, you can solve not only housing issues, you can draw up documents, make an appointment with a doctor, make an extract, register a vehicle, see the status in the pension fund and much more. How to sign out through the State Services website
On the main page of the site, you need to select the appropriate service - "Registration at the place of residence and stay", it is located in the "Popular on the portal" section.
Next, select the item "Removal from registration at the place of residence." A page with the content of the service will open, which indicates the terms of the provision and the cost (three working days; free). You can read in detail about the service using the link next to the name.
Under the line "How to get the service?" you select the item "Electronic service", then click on the button "Get the service", it is on the right. You will be presented with a page with a 10-point application that you will need to fill out. Some of the data will already be entered, since you are authorized on the site. You will need to enter yourself:
• Passport data,
• The address from which you are going to check out, • New registration address (if any), • The reason for deregistration, • Citizenship of another state (if any), • Enter additional information, • Indicate if someone already lives at this address, • Subdivision for submission of documents (the recommended list will be drawn up based on the data you entered).
After that, you just have to put the last tick, meaning that you agree to the processing of personal data, send an application, and this completes the electronic submission of the application.
The status of your request will be updated on the portal in your personal account, and you will also receive notifications by e-mail and in the mobile application, if you use it. The application will be processed by employees within three working days, after which you will be invited to the selected department, where you will need to bring the original documents.
