Instructions

Step 1

Unfortunately, there is still no legislatively defined norm regarding the procedure for carrying traumatic weapons. Nevertheless, law enforcement agencies often bring to administrative responsibility those who carry a traumatic barrelless or short-barreled pistol almost openly (for example, in a pocket), although the law does not specifically state that such a pistol needs a holster. However, in order to avoid problems with the police, it is better to actually carry the pistol in a holster (under your clothes) and in any case, put it on the safety lock.

Step 2

You will need a holster when you decide to put a weapon, for example, in a bag or even in the "glove compartment" of your car. Carrying such a weapon is legally qualified as transportation. Therefore, in this case, it is necessary to follow the legal regulations and carry the pistol not just in a bag, but in a holster.

Step 3

The same provisions apply to long-barreled traumatic weapons (commonly used by athletes). You can wear it in an uncovered state, but it is better to transport it in a case (or, if you wish, in a special suitcase unassembled).

Step 4

By the way, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs should not blame you for the fact that the weapon you are transporting is loaded or not disassembled. Their claims are unfounded. But the number of "trunks" and cartridges is strictly regulated. You can transport no more than 5 weapons and 400 rounds at a time.

Step 5

In order for law enforcement agencies to have as few questions as possible about carrying a traumatic weapon, do not forget to take with you not only a pistol, but also a passport, and a license to store and carry weapons (or their certified copies) before leaving the house.
