All relations between a consumer and a seller of goods or services are governed by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Contact the organization that provided you the service. It is better to state your claims and demand for the return of the money paid, compensation for losses resulting from a poorly delivered service in writing. Do this in the form of a statement (in duplicate) addressed to the seller, supplier. On the second copy, the secretary or an employee of the organization (enterprise) must sign and the date of acceptance of your document. Please be aware that your application must be reviewed and approved by law within ten days of filing.

Step 3

If your claim is denied, feel free to go to court. Don't worry if you lose or don't have a receipt for the service. Remember that this circumstance cannot be the basis for the court to refuse to satisfy your requirements. Moreover, in addition to refunding the cost of a poor-quality service, you also have the right in your application to demand compensation for moral damage caused to you as a consumer due to the violation of your rights by the supplier.
