Step 1

Step 2
A foreigner must register at a certain place of residence within seven days from the date of his arrival. Along with the application, present to the passport office employees your passport or other identity document, as well as a temporary residence permit or residence permit.
Step 3
In turn, the owner of the apartment must confirm in writing the fact of consent to the registration of a foreign citizen. It is necessary that he take with him his passport and documents confirming the ownership of the housing or the right to use the living quarters. Show these documents to the head of the passport office. At the passport office, fill out two arrival address sheets and submit the documents along with the application to the head of the passport office.
Step 4
If the apartment is used under a social tenancy agreement, first collect written consent for the registration of a new tenant from all people living and registered on the same living space. Pay attention to the living standards that rely on one person, because if they are violated, the registration of other persons may be prohibited.
