One of the main components of the conscription campaign is the passage of the medical commission by the conscript, which accepts a conclusion on the category of his fitness for service. Based on the results of the examination, the young man is assigned a category of fitness. It happens that it becomes necessary to change it.

Instructions

Step 1

Initiate the procedure for reviewing the medical certificate of your fitness for military service on your own. To do this, send to the military registration and enlistment office where you are registered with the military, a written application with a request to conduct a second medical examination. Changes in your health condition may serve as a justification for your appeal.

Step 2

On the basis of the application received, the military medical commission of the military registration and enlistment office will conduct a repeated medical examination in your relation, according to the results of which a new conclusion on the category of suitability will be adopted or the previous one will be confirmed. If your health has actually improved, then you will be assigned a different fitness category, i.e. recognized fit for military service (category "A") or fit with minor restrictions (category "B").

Step 3

However, the assignment of a new category of fitness does not mean that you can be re-called to serve in the Armed Forces - this certification is carried out for accounting purposes only.

Step 4

What to do if you were refused re-examination or, based on its results, were again recognized as partially fit for military service, while a medical diagnosis gives you the right to be assigned a category "A" or "B"? These actions (inaction) of the military commissar, as well as the conclusion of the military medical commission that did not suit you, appeal to the courts. As practice shows, you have a fairly high chance of achieving what you want in court.

Step 5

In addition, if you disagree with the conclusions of the military enlistment office doctors who conducted the re-examination, you can demand an independent military medical examination (Regulation on an independent military medical examination). True, it will be carried out at your expense and only in those medical institutions that have the appropriate license.
