Step 1
The best option if the husband is the owner of a home in which no one, except him, or even he himself is registered. In this situation, it is enough for his statement to provide you with living space, which he must certify at a notary or directly when you submit documents to the housing office or the Federal Migration Service.
If the husband is not registered alone and / or the apartment does not belong to him (including when the owner is registered in another place), it will be necessary to conclude an agreement for the free use of the residential premises. This document is signed by the owner, you and all adults registered in the apartment in the presence of a notary or an employee of the housing office or the Federal Migration Service and is certified by them.
Step 2
A marriage certificate must be shown if your husband is registered in a municipal apartment. In addition, consent to your residence permit from all adults registered in this room will be required. The consent is also certified by a notary or an employee of the housing office or the Federal Migration Service.
Step 3
If you have one of the above grounds for registration, you can contact the passport office of the housing office or the territorial division of the FMS with a passport and an application for registration at the place of residence.
