Members of the garage cooperative who have fully paid their share acquire the ownership of the garage. This right is subject to registration in the Unified State Register. Registration is carried out on the basis of an application from the copyright holder.
Necessary
- - application for state registration of rights;
- - certificate of the cooperative on the full payment of the share;
- - receipt of payment of the state duty;
- - documents confirming the rights of the cooperative to the land plot;
- - technical documentation;
- - a list of members of the cooperative;
- - identity document;
- - documents confirming the legal capacity of the cooperative as a legal entity.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the chairman of the cooperative to give you a certificate confirming your membership in the cooperative and the payment of the share. Collect the signatures of neighbors (right, left, back and front) on the help. The certificate must have two seals: one - standard, at the bottom of the document, the second - certifies the signatures of neighbors.
Step 2
Make copies of the certificate of land allocation to the cooperative (located with the chairman of the cooperative) and the civil passport of the owner of the garage (must be with you).
Step 3
Submit to the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) an application for the preparation of a technical passport and a receipt confirming payment for this service. After the specialist takes the necessary measurements at the appointed time, he will give you a certificate.
Step 4
Obtain the title deeds and submit them to Companies House with a photocopy of your passport.
Step 5
Write an application and, having paid the fee, hand over the collected documents. One month is allotted to consider the issue of registration of property rights and make a decision on it.
Step 6
The decision to buy out the land plot is made at the general meeting of the garage cooperative. A collective application for the purchase of a plot is submitted to local authorities. At the same time, it is necessary that all members of the cooperative have ownership rights. One month is also given for consideration of the application; if the outcome is positive, a sale and purchase agreement is drawn up, which is subject to registration with the justice authorities.
