Land ownership is one of the main issues in human history. Nowadays, it is no less relevant than ever. The state has proposed a “dacha amnesty” program that provides for a simplified procedure for registering illegal ownership of property.

Necessary

To realize his desire to legalize a piece of land (to obtain a certificate of ownership), the future owner will need money, a lot of patience, good relations with neighbors and, of course, the piece of land itself, which the owner owns openly. With all this, you can proceed with the registration of ownership of the site

Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to determine the boundaries of the site and its location. To do this, you will have to draw a site plan and make a verbal description. These actions can be done both independently and with the assistance of a specialist.

Step 2

The next step will be to search for documents confirming the allocation of this site for the use of the owner. A gardener's book, a copy of the general plan of the cooperative, the decision of the administration on the provision of a plot and other documents may come in handy here.

Step 3

After that, it is necessary that the neighbors, the horticultural board and other interested parties agree with the description and plan of the site made. And thus they confirmed its correctness and recognized the fact of open ownership of the land by the owner.

Step 4

The collected documents are attached to the application for the acquisition of a plot of land in ownership and submitted to the local administration. The administration within two weeks makes a decision on the granting of the site to the property.

Having received a decision, it is necessary to make a cadastral plan of the site. To do this, you need to submit an application to the local territorial division of Rosnedvizhimost. If the plot to be drawn up has already been taken into account in the cadastre, then after 10 days the owner will receive a cadastral plan. However, if the site was not accounted for or the data on it contained in the cadastre are not complete, then it will be necessary to carry out land surveying work. These works are carried out by specialized firms and are paid by the owner.

Step 5

Based on the result of land management work, a land management business is drawn up. An extract from this case is issued to the owner and represents a new description of the land plot. This extract is once again agreed with neighbors, the horticultural board and other stakeholders.

The agreed extraction is transferred to the local territorial division of Rosnedvizhimost, which, after 10 days, issues the cadastral plan to the owner.

The received cadastral plan and the decision on the granting of land ownership are submitted to the territorial body of the Federal Registration Service (Rosregistratsiya) along with the corresponding application and receipt for payment of the state duty. Within a month, the owner is issued a certificate of ownership.
