Step 1
Carefully study the Law of the Russian Federation "On Trademarks".
Step 2
Design and create a visual mockup of your brand with the help of a designer. It is more correct to make several options and then choose the best one.

Decide on a list of products and / or services that your brand will cover. To do this, carefully study the International Classification of Goods and Services and find the code that suits you.

Check your trademark for patentability. Use the registers of registered trademarks: they contain both Russian and international trademarks. This is a very important stage - the further passage of the registration procedure for your trademark depends on it.

Pay the state fee.

Send to Rospatent (FGU FIPS) your application for trademark registration in the prescribed form.

You must attach a certain package of documents to your application, namely: a receipt for payment of the state duty, a copy of the company's statutory documents (or a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur), as well as a letter from the Federal State Statistics Service, in which you will need to indicate the statistics codes assigned to your company.
