Depending on the nature of the relationship with partners, you can simply notify them in any form convenient for you and them that from now on you are at a different address, where they can send their correspondence or representatives for a personal meeting with you.
In some cases, it will not be superfluous to compose a letter on your letterhead, if available, addressed to the counterparty with notification of the new actual address and the date of its change. You can certify its paper version and seal, but just sign it. To send it to the addressee, use the channel that you usually use in mutual communication: e-mail or regular mail, fax, etc.
Step 3
In some cases, it may be necessary to conclude an additional agreement to the existing agreements with the counterparty. In it you give the names of the parties, your and your partner, and their representatives, all the details, including for your part a new actual address, and in the section on the subject of the agreement indicate that your actual address has changed, the date from which the change becomes relevant, and a new one. address with postal code.
