Step 1

You can get a certificate of average earnings from the HR department or accounting department of the company where you worked. Check if it is correctly framed. Step 2

Fill in the fields. On the first line, write to whom the certificate was issued. Name, surname and patronymic should be indicated in full, in the genitive case. Further - the period of work. Enter when you started working and what date it ended. The date format should be as follows: from 25.05.2005. to 26.06.2010 Place the name of the organization on the third line. It is indicated in full. If the company has several legal entities, write only the one where you were registered. Then comes the information on part-time and part-time work. If you had such conditions, mark it in the help.

Step 3

The next item is the calculation of the average monthly earnings (monetary allowance) accrued over the last three months before dismissal. It is calculated in accordance with the procedure for establishing the amount of unemployment benefits and scholarships. They are paid to citizens during the period of vocational training, retraining, and advanced training in the direction of the employment service. This is confirmed in the decree of the Ministry of Labor of August 12, 2003, in article 62.

Step 4

Then list the periods when no wages were paid in the last year. These include:

- vacation without pay;

- unpaid study leave;

- Leave to care for a child from one and a half to three years;

- downtime due to the fault of the employee;

- absenteeism through the fault of the employee.

This information is entered on separate lines indicating the period when wages were not calculated. For example, from 2005-23-09 to 2005-25-09, in connection with a vacation without pay.

Step 5

Give the certificate for signature to the head of the organization and the chief accountant. Place a round stamp with company details on top. Indicate the contact phone number and the date when the document was issued. Remember that corrections are not allowed in it, the security is considered invalid.
