Step 1
The easiest and at the same time not the most reliable way to find a job is to study advertisements on special information boards. In this case, it is important to be attentive and somewhat skeptical about everything that you read. Look on the ad for information about the name of the employing company, its field of activity and evaluate the adequacy of the salary. Please note that no employer will be charity looking for staff. Therefore, offers of easy work for a fabulous salary are likely to turn out to be a hoax.
Step 2
Buy specialized newspapers that publish job advertisements. When reviewing offers, also dismiss questionable options that raise suspicions of fraud. Call the employer and arrange a meeting with him. Even if you are not asked to do so, bring a well-written resume with you. Also, at the new location, you may be asked to fill out a standard questionnaire. Think in advance of your answers (work experience, expectations from a new job, your strengths and weaknesses, etc.).
Step 3
Go to a job fair. Usually, at such events, the applicant has a chance to meet face to face, without intermediaries, with the employer, ask questions of interest about the company and propose his candidacy. Make your appearance presentable and prepare multiple copies of your resume and business cards so that you can easily exchange contacts with the companies in which you would like to work.

If you can't do without intermediaries, contact the employment service or recruitment agency. When choosing an agency, be careful - carefully study the terms of cooperation and read any agreement from beginning to end before signing it.
Step 5
Even before moving to a new place of residence, you can search for suitable vacancies on the Internet. Use all-Russian or foreign job search portals. Select the required field of activity, specialty, work schedule and salary level. If any of the offered vacancies meets the specified criteria, you can send your resume to the employer and, in case of mutual interest, agree on an interview in another city.

Find out in advance about the companies in which you would like to work in the new city. Find their websites and send resumes to the specified email addresses. Perhaps your proposal will match the company's need for new employees.
