Step 1

The annual plan is based on annual targets. They are formulated by the head and methodological service of a preschool institution on the basis of annual tasks recommended by the education department of the city administration.

Step 2

Annual tasks are based on an analysis of the activities of the kindergarten for the previous academic year. It is allowed to continue the implementation of the task of the previous academic year, if its implementation is not considered satisfactory.

Step 3

Based on the annual tasks, all specialists write their own work plan for the year. To write an annual plan, a long-term plan of teachers is enough. The main activities are transferred to the general work plan.

Step 4

The kindergarten administration should decide on the form of writing the annual plan. The plan can be presented in the form of a table with columns and columns, as well as in the form of blocks. The performance review should precede the annual plan.

Step 5

It is necessary to think over all sections of the plan. They should reflect work with children, work with parents of pupils and work with teachers. In addition, the plan includes such sections as administrative and economic activities, control, work on health improvement (children and employees), production meetings, etc. The competent leadership of the head of the preschool educational institution will allow the kindergarten specialists to include all the necessary points in the plan.

Step 6

The annual plan must be realistic to implement. Analysis of work for previous periods will take into account all the shortcomings in the activities of the institution. Do not overload the plan with activities. This will negatively affect the quality of the work of teachers and will not allow full-fledged preparation for them. In addition, a large number of activities will create additional stress on children.

Step 7

At the end of the academic year, it is necessary to analyze the implementation of the annual plan. Some of the results should be presented in the form of graphs and diagrams.
