The transfer of an employee from one position to another, between departments, and sometimes to another locality is a daily routine in the activities of many organizations. Documenting this procedure is not difficult, but requires precise wording.
It is necessary
- - employment history;
- - fountain pen;
- - number and date of issue of the transfer order.
Instructions
Step 1
In most cases, translation is preceded by an appropriate verbal agreement with management.
The employee himself may be the initiator of such changes. In this case, he writes to the head of a statement indicating the positions and surnames with the initials of the head of the organization, mentioning its name and his own position, and, if necessary, the structural unit where he would like to go.
If the initiative comes from the employer, the employee signs the receipt of a written notice, and then agrees in writing to the transfer.
Step 2
On the basis of any of these documents, a transfer order is prepared. It reflects the surname, name and patronymic of the employee, the position held, the new position to which he is transferred, and the date when he should start his duties in a new capacity. If the transfer is carried out between divisions of the organization, it is also indicated where the employee works and where he is transferred.
The order is assigned a number and a date. The finished document is certified by the signature of the head of the organization or the person in charge and the seal.
Step 3
When the order is ready, a corresponding entry is made in the employee's work book. The number and date are indicated in the generally accepted format, the mark is dated to the day from which the employee takes up a new position (this date may not coincide with the day the order was issued: that, as a rule, comes out earlier).
The transfer record indicates the new position of the employee and, if he moves to another department, the name of the one where he will henceforth work.
It is not necessary to certify the record with the signature of the responsible person and the seal of the organization.
