A well-written resume is almost crucial when looking for a job in any country, including Kazakhstan. The future employer needs to immediately see which specialist is in front of him. Essentially, a resume is a reflection of a person. How can you compose it correctly?

Step 1
Write down the goal you want to achieve by submitting your application. As a rule, it is formulated in one sentence. Indicate in which professional field you want to get a job. It is not necessary to talk about the position in it. Better indicate the field of activity or the level of the desired position in the enterprise. The HR department should immediately understand what you are focusing on when writing this section.
Step 2
Briefly describe your skills and abilities. This is, in fact, the quintessence of everything that you have learned during your school and university time, as well as the practical work experience that you have gained up to this point. This item also includes knowledge of foreign languages. The description should not be cumbersome - 3-4 sentences maximum. Be clear and concise throughout your resume.
Step 3
Tell us about your professional experience. Here you need to elaborate on the work experience in more detail. If you just graduated from the institute, then you need to go directly to the next step - "Education". If you have already done some work, then tell us about it. List all jobs in reverse chronological order. All sorts of part-time jobs and piecework activities are also suitable. All your experience matters.
Step 4
List the length of time you have been in the workplace, the positions you have held, and the successes you have achieved. Write everywhere and always only the truth. Do not exaggerate your skills or successes, as it will become known and you will lose respect, which is much more serious than losing your position.
Step 5
After filling in the "Education" column, provide additional information. Use the same reverse order, indicating the dates of receipt of all types of education: secondary, higher (if any), refresher courses, etc.
Step 6
Tell us about your level of proficiency in a foreign language (s), as well as other skills (PC, driving a car). If you have scientific requirements in a particular area, write about them as well, attaching copies of diplomas. Write briefly about your hobbies and interests.
Step 7
Check carefully all points for errors. The resume should not contain any blots at all, if you seriously decided to get a desired position. Give your creation to close people or even a teacher of the Kazakh language to read.
